A complete interior and exterior transformation of a 4-bedroom family home — bringing a dated 1990s property back to life with a fresh, modern palette and premium Dulux finishes.
The property had not been painted in over 12 years. The exterior render had developed hairline cracks across several walls, and the existing interior paint was a mismatched combination of colours from two different renovation eras. The ceilings showed water staining from a previous roof leak, and the front facade had significant chalking on the paint surface, indicating the finish had broken down completely.
The homeowners were also preparing to list the property for sale within three months, which meant the finish quality had to be immaculate. Presentation was everything.
We began with a full condition report and colour consultation — working closely with the homeowners and their real estate agent to select a palette that would photograph beautifully and appeal to buyers across the market. The exterior palette was Dulux Natural White with Monument accents on the window frames and fascias.
All crack repairs and surface preparation were completed before a single drop of paint was applied. We used Dulux Weathershield on the exterior for maximum UV and weather resistance, and Dulux Wash&Wear on interior walls for a durable, cleanable finish suited to a family home.
